Michael Knudsen - First experiences in the aluminium wall and roof cladding sector in 1994 with German VAW Aluform, later General Manager for Aluform Turkey. From 1999 and the next 7 years the build up of the facade and roofing activities of Sinerji İnşaat. After the General Manager position for Kalzip Middle East, he went to Schmidlin/Mero, finally to create his own consultancy company, International Projects Knudsen. He has experience from projects throughout the Levant, Gulf Countries, Africa, Europe, Russia & CIS and Far Asia.

Sibel Kalkavan - Master of Architecture from İTÜ, first experiences in the façade business in 1992 when she entered Çuhadaroğlu Holding. After periods as Technical Manager, Schüco Turkey, and General Coordinator at Dekoral Alüminyum, she started her own company, MFS Alüminyum in 2002. In the area of facade and roofing works, she has experience from numerous projects in Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Vietnam.

Knudsen | Kalkavan are pursuing activities in the façade and roofing business, offering their accrued knowledge and experience both as contractors and as consultants. Travelling alongside them are other reputated engineering offices, such as Lehmann und Keller Ingenieure Gmbh (Germany), Plannungsbüro Hehn GmbH (Germany), E-Power Engineering (Vietnam) and FTI ltd/FTI-Wacker ltd (Turkey-Germany).
